The memorial service of Motorhead frontman Lemmy has occurred in Los Angeles.

Weapons N' Roses guitarist Slash told the administration: "Lemmy was someone I simply feel so respected to have been companions with... He carried on with his life how he would have preferred to... his music and identity will keep going forever."
